The one lie that arthritis sufferers hear most is that, “All we can do is manage the pain”. “You will just have to live with it”.
It is true, that through medication, all you can do is manage the pain. What they don’t tell you is that the painkillers actually increase the pain. So as the meds ware off, the pain comes back, as bad or worse than before.
You would think that people would notice this. Actually our people have been so brainwashed in the “Doctor knows Best” mindset, that they don’t question what they are told.
The truth is that you don’t have to suffer with arthritis. You can do more than manage the pain. You can get rid of arthritis pain once and for all.
The reason you don’t hear about this, is that it costs nothing for you to do it your self, and relatively little, if you get some help. Remember this fact. There is no money in healthy, pain-free people.
Your doctor either does not know the truth about arthritis, or he/she thinks you are too stubborn to change, so why bother to tell you how to get rid of the arthritis.
I personally don’t think you are that stubborn or foolish. I think that if you knew the truth, and what to do about it, that you would want to change whatever lifestyle practices you can, to get rid of the pain.
To get rid of Arthritis pain, you first need to stop causing it to develop. Then you need to give your body the tools it needs to rebuild healthy tissue.
There are several lifestyle issues that work together to cause arthritis.
. An acid forming diet, causing the leaching of minerals from the bones and teeth
. An abundance of inorganic minerals in the
diet
. A lack of exercise, causing inorganic minerals to settle in the joints
. A lack of living, enzyme rich foods, in the diet
The SAD (standard American diet) is high in animal products, refined sugar, and grain products. All of these are acid forming in the human digestive system. That means that the end ash after they are used up is on the acid side of neutral. We were designed for an alkaline diet.
Inorganic minerals are those without living enzymes attached by plants. Only plants can create the organic minerals we need. We are not equipped to take in inorganic minerals and transform them into organic minerals. We were not designed that way. Cooking destroys the organic minerals by killing the enzymes attached by the plants.
Exercise increases circulation in the joints aiding the removal of inorganic minerals that can clump together forming sharp crystals that can cause great pain in the joints. We were designed for a diet of raw plant material. We can handle some cooked food as long as we get adequate raw living food to supply our enzyme rich nutritional needs.
